Newbie here, sort of, need business set up advice
So my husband and I decided to get into real estate investing. Although we have had a rental property in the past, by accident (needed to sell before we moved, couldn't so we rented it out), fast forward 10 years, we sold it (bad move on our part now that we have all this new knowledge on real estate investing), anyway, so we are trying to gather information as to how to set up our "business". Did anyone start with an LLC, if its just for rental properties how is it best to file, etc. I'm struggling with just the business set up part of it all. We want to make sure we get it right before we jump right in. HELP!f
