It was about "private liquidation investing". Seems like an untapped angle. Working with attorneys and the court system to get contracts on forced sales of RE and the contents. Divorce, bankruptcy, etc.  Of course the price range is $997- 2991.    Have you heard much of this Stacy Kellams?

Stacy is pitching for all the other gurus out there, with every product launch.  As for his own products, I am aware of a Probate product he sells - but I did not buy.

Which Bankruptcy chapters (7, 11, 13, etc) were involved - or were none mentioned? My guess is the liquidations would be mainly from Chap 7.  But in one of the videos that I peeked at on the site for this, he was also grabbing Chap 13 (intended mainly for re-organization of debt) info.  A bit confusing ...

He didnt elablorate too much on specific chapters. The only enticing aspect for me is that I know tons of investors locally, none of which are doing anything like this. The "little to no competition" is always a great sales pitch but I truely dont know anyone using this angle. Might be worth a 997 gamble. Thats a normal football weekend for me anyway!!!

Michael is just the JV guy, a pitchman, for Stacy Kellams who is actually selling the program you mentioned.  I peeked at the site Stacy set up for this, and it looks like a play on the bankruptcy with foreclosure concept - but I am not certain of that, as I have not attended any webinar.
