Has anyone tried Than Merrill's courses? (He is the guy from 'Flip this House) I've participated in a couple of his seminars and it seems like he has a solid system. I am new to real estate and was looking for an easy to follow, organized system to help get me started...

I have purchased Than's course and I love it. It was the first course I purchased. His stuff is really good. He is no fluff and bs.
