Anyone Use Jerry Puckett? For direct Mail?
Looking to use Jerry Puckett to acquire off market properties. He has a great track record. However it seems that most of the success he has had has been in low cost markets. I am located in the northeast where the average property is over $300K. Anyone in the northeast use his service with success? Thanks in advance.
