land flipping is not real complicated in grew up in the business.
you simply buy land usually at tax sale.. then sell it on terms..
usually very remote property.. high deserts of CA AZ NM Texas that kind of thing. I could write a book on it.. and maybe i will one day..
but for fun watch Glenn Garry Glen Ross that is the land business of which i grew up in..
