Raleigh Book Exchange

I was thinking of starting a book exchange for people in the Raleigh, NC area. I think it would be a great opportunity to share knowledge and meet people with common interests in RE investing/landlording/financing/etc.

Is this something people would be interested in? Also, any ideas for a system or guidelines to help avoid conflicts? Thank you for the input! Best,

Hey Coleman,

My friends and I have an informal meetup in downtown for young professionals where we get together and talk about real estate investing. We could likely leverage that to exchange books.

@Caleb Heimsoth comes and there's also another monthly meetup in Cary that is a mix of people that I'm going to start attending more as well. The first meetup is mine though.
