Keep in mind the social justice angle he played IE D class tenants are better than A class and we are providing work force housing and proud to turn neighborhoods around etc etc. with no clue the risk that tenant base creates for owners that are not right on top of their portfolio like you are.   Just one BIG lie after another.. I mean one video he said his tenants were Doctors..  Like I have said he is either dangerously clever or just not that smart.. and for sure after listening to them today.. They are very weak on real estate knowledge VERY.
