Brand new member - advice/comments welcome

Hello all,

I’m 26, taking my final exams to become an Architect and working the monotonous 9-5 job. My father is an Electrical Engineer and has a side business for Home Improvement. I helped him work on his first flip when I was in high school and here I am roughly 10 years later - eager to learn all I can to get in the game myself. I’m currently on page 78 of The Book on Rental Property Investing and I thought to download the app to get into the community.
