I also got Real Estate Investing for Dummies.. Reading now
And Buy it, Rent It Profit, this has case studies and looks interesting...
Can't put down a book or bigger pocket blogs.. I guarantee I put in 40 a week reading..

Check out ABC's of Real Estate Investing as it is a good primer book as well and more focused than Rich Dad
