Hello BP community!

I am new to BiggerPockets and real estate investing overall, but I am planning to start investing end 2020-beginning 2021. This year I would like to spend over books to get some knowledge and useful information. I am interested in investing in rental property. Could you possibly advise me some great literature to read? Currently I am working on “Rental Property investing” by Brandon Turner. Ideally I am looking for some exposure to different business strategies, market analysis. I also live in very expensive area and consider to invest OOS. Are there any good books regarding oos investing?
