Alan Cowgill and Private Money

Hi Yall,

I was just wandering if anyone has baught Alan Cowgill's programs on private investors. If you have could you tell me what you thought about it and if it was a good buy. don't want to make the wrong choice.

If you have any sudjestions on some books that have some good meat on lets say Flipping, Rehabbing, and Pre-Construction investing that would be helpfull too.
