I'm wondering the same thing! I just watched their video on Wholesaling and have been offered to buy the course, so I'm wanting to see some feedback from others who have joined.

Hello. I have been in their coaching program for almost a year now. Initially I began with the Cash Flow program but then moved to the Apartment Mastermind and thrilled with my experience thus far. Not only do I love the more personalized attention, but Stacy and Jen are real and genuinely care about your success. My small group coach, Ryan, is reponsive and knowledgeable. He keeps our group on task and provides excellent feedback with our deals. Highly recommend and happy to discuss if you have further questions!

Sorry ....I just saw this. I am in their program. I have absolutely loved it. Zero regrets. They are some of the most real people. Not only are their methods and style solid and personable, the networking aspect is priceless. I've made my program investment back way quicker than I thought. Is there work to do? Sure. Is there so much available it can be overwhelming? At the beginning, maybe, sure. But that dissipates as you acclimate--like anywhere. And if you're not sure about something, you simply ask. Our calls and quarterly intensives are invaluable experiences. The mindset training has helped a ton of people make breakthroughs on where they're stuck. I now have lifelong education available, business partners, and friends. Those were bonuses that weren't part of my consideration at the beginning. If your ready to change your trajectory by opening your arms and embracing a targeted mentorship/training/coaching program, then I'd strongly suggest it. If you were invited to come into the program, that's a good sign. Not everyone is. They want to deliver so if they aren't seeing a match, there is no reason to waste anyone's time or money. Hi All, I went through their consulting session. Their price was $18,0000. The program sounds great. Probably better than most that I've talked to. I'm wondering what did other people paid. They had suggested I go through buying of duplexing to four plexings program to start scaling small first. Any recent feedback on them?
