Humbly Need a mentor..

As the title lays out. I need a coach or mentor! This will be mainly real estate based. My current strategy is to brrrr a few SFR and hopefully do it well so I can move on up to duplexes and keep scaling up.

I’ve closed on my first property in Memphis tn recently and beginning rehab shortly.

I’ve done the reading, I’m still learning. I’m not gonna act like since I’ve read a few investing books that I don’t need a mentor. I have an agent in Memphis and he is amazing. I don’t need an agent I just need a mentor, someone who can encourage, warn, help analyze etc.

If you can be that person please be qualified. Also if you’re gonna look for payment please be upfront. If not also let me know that.

Can I bring value to you? Maybe! Hopefully! One day for sure yes! Today? I’m still needing to learn, but I know myself and my work ethic, and I will be a force as soon as I get some more experience under my belt
