Anyone ever heard of Darius Barazandeh

I was wondering if anyone had ever heard of Darius Barazandeh or had used his program "Texas Houses for Pennies II". It seems like it could be a good program since it focuses solely on Texas tax sales, but I can't seem to find solid reviews on the program. The only reviews I can find are on the pages trying to sell the product. I don't want to spend $197 on a junk program.

Tax liens are one of my specialties and as Sam W. said there are a number of people knowledgeable in Tax sale here. There are two forums that talk about tax sales o this site so you can do a search there. Also I write a lot about tax liens on my website in the signature below.

I am not familiar with Darius Barazandeh's information but I just did a quick Google search. Much of what came up looked like over hyped success course marketing. The fact that he promotes a number of courses and classes beyond tax sale makes me more skeptical of him.

However I did find an article he wrote about tax liens and deeds that was very clear and not full of excess hype and no risk guaranteed profits you see especially in the tax lien field.

As courses go $197 in not very expensive. Ned's rule of Gurus is "the quality of the information is inversely proportional to the price." In other words the least expensive programs tend to have the best information. At $197 this fits within my rule.

If you do get it, please report what you think. Good luck - Ned
