Marko Rubel invest in RE without banks.
Has anyone purchased and used the Marko Rubel coaching package? Claims to provide you a step by step guide on purchasing property with little to no money down. I know 'subject to' is a thing and can work but my question is more geared toward the paid coaching and materials.
