Lease option assignment.
Hi everyone, I was wondering if there are any law restrictions regarding the assignment of a lease purchase agreement to a third party (tenant-buyer) without having a licence in the DC, MD, VA markets? Because I read in some forums that you may need to have a listing agent to show the property and things like that. Thank you
