Recs For northern Virginia (NoVA) contractors for bathroom reno

Hi guys.

I'm looking for a contractor who can upgrade a basement bathroom in a SFH rental in Arlington, Virginia.

It's a makeshift bathroom that needs to be brought up to basic standards. 

Also need to fix a leaking roof in the same house.
