Property Management recommendations for Rochester
Hey all, I'm about to make an offer on a duplex on Avenue A in Rochester, and I was wondering if anyone could recommend the best PM they know of. Also wondering what the rates typically are. I'm used to about 10% where I am, but I'm in North Carolina.
Any other insights into investing in ROC would be much appreciated as well. Thanks!
