Buying or Investing?

Hello there,

I have been saving to buy my first home (I'm currently house shopping).. BUT lately I been thinking a lot about investing first. I wouldn't have any help.

Would it be risky staring with a rental property and renting it out since I don’t know how to do any repairs and I don’t have any actual experience?
