Hi EveryoneDoes anyone have any recommendations for PM's in Rochester? The one I am using has had 1. poor communication, 2. not timely on payments, 3. not transparent on costs for repairs. I own a few properties and prefer the smaller PM's where you have 1 point of contact vs the larger ones that are siloed which tends to lead to passing the buck, and miscommunication. Best, Amir
Messaged you...we take over a lot of properties from incompetent companies almost daily now.
I'm also interested in knowing who are good property managers in Rochester, NY!
I'm just getting started myself (bought my first duplex this year) but I am good at books and would love to get more properties under my belt. If you're looking for a small local guy who loves excel & real estate to do books I'd be happy to entertain it with you!
