I need these referrals: Building my team while deployed overseas.
About Me:
I am 25 and currently deployed overseas. I am native to the Saratoga Springs area and I work in Albany with the National Guard. Before returning home I am looking to purchase an income-producing, 2-4 unit multifamily, buy and hold home, within New York's capital district. This will be my first property and I intend to owner occupy.
What I need:
BP has already provided me with such value in finding a great Agent and lender through referrals, however, I know i still need to build the rest of my team. I figured why not give this a shot...
I am looking for local, upstate New York referrals for the following:
1. Bookkeeper
2. CPA
3. Property Management company
4. Inspector
5. Insurance Broker
6. Contractor
7. Wholesaler
I will take every referral seriously and will be in contact with them shortly after I receive any contacts. This will be strongly appreciated and is needed.
