What is windham like year round?

I grew up skiing up there. I was wondering if it is plausible for a yearly rental situation. Anyone in or around it?

@Scott Justynowicz. My experience is that Hunter is more viable year-round, at least pre-COVID, because of the numerous events that are held there.

@Crislie P. Not that great. We are figuring out the reason with our PM. We ended up putting it up on AirBnb early Feb and have had only 1 reservation so far. Being hopeful since this time is usually slow based on my research, and picks back up late spring / early summer. Do you own a property in Windham or researching?

I just closed a property in Windham area. Initial analysis using Airdna type sources was positive. I ll find out more. Also if anyone is already doing it successfully in the area, would love to become an ally

I'm bullish on the Windham area, especially airbnb.  Take a look at airdna.com and purchase the Windham region.
