How to find Investment properties

Question

Hello I'm currently a landlord in Queens but Im interested in flipping/developing.  Im looking for land to build new construction in Nassau and Suffolk.  I would also be interested in anything that can be flipped for a quick profit.  Is there a market in these areas or am I just a dreamer.  I've been having trouble finding properties.  Where should I be looking?  Thank you.

What have you done for marketing ? The deals in today's environment will not be handed to you ?
