Afternoon. Would love to hear some anecdotes and opinions from landlords and flippers who have done deals in Chesterfield, County Virginia.

1) Property types and your 'niche'
2) Tenant profiles and experiences
3) Buyer profiles and experiences (if you're a flipper or a realtor)
