I have a lead on a 3/2 property in Heathsville, VA, but I'm not familiar with the area. Any investors operate up there?

It's a deal that I'd wholesale, but I don't know if there's cash buyers in the area. Price point would be under 100k.

Any info on that area would be appreciated -- trying to figure out if I should move forward.
