Needed: Richmond Property Manager & Contractors

I just bought  a house down in Richmond.  I need to get it rent ready.  I'd really appreciate any recommendations for good local contractors.  Once it's renovated I'll need a good property manager.  I'm located up in the D.C. area so I can't manage it myself.  Please share if you know someone.
