Is DIY skiptracing possible?

Hi there, I have noticed some properties that seem abandoned. I am trying to find contact information about the owners. I was wondering if there was a way to do this without the expense of a skiptracer and fees.

Is it possible to get a program that does this?

@Christophe Mandell beenverified and idi are pretty good places to do one off skip tracing. They are very affordable.
