Call Center Recommendations

Hi Everyone!

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a good call center to answer direct mail and other marketing responses?

We have tried two different call centers (one large, one smaller) and had quite a few problems with both.

Or should I just hire a full time assistant and bring this in house?  Any other suggestions?
