Who else loves the newest episodes of the BP RE Podcast?

I’m a RE investor in Ann Arbor, MI area, and have 5 doors so far (thanks to the BP podcast) and although I loved the typical Brandon and David show, I feel like I enjoy it more with @David Greene as the main voice (Sorry Brandon).  I feel as if David is more relatable, and seems like someone that I would know from my personal life. Seems more down to Earth and I really like the direction he's taking the show. Practical advice from someone who clearly is an industry leader, works hard at his craft and doesn't take himself too seriously. 

Or does everyone miss Brandon? Haha!
