Cancelled Deal Machine - It was Really simple

Just wanted to throw some kudos out there to the people and team at Deal Machine.  I wanted to cancel that service, I've since gone with prop stream after talking to them at BP con, and I used their chat feature to initiate it.  This was after business hours, on a Sunday of a holiday weekend....and I had a response in under 2 minutes.  The person (or Ai I guess) was very resonible, and simply asked why I wanted to cancel.  They offered me a discounted rate, but when I thanked them and declined the reduced rate they obliged immediately and canceled my service effective next billing cycle and asked if they could do anything else for me.  

So again, just gotta give some ups to the team at Deal machine for this easy cancelation process.  Because of this great experience, I'm more likely to add that service back in when I'm able to again.

Main purpose is to use for finding owner leads for cold calling, sending mailers, driving for dollars, for buying distressed properties. I do like Propstreams better as it has a lot more capability when pulling lists versus DealMachine which is primarily for driving for dollars. So I'm definitely pro-propstreams
