Rehabbing App

Anyone every seen or heard of an App for rehabbing homes. There is a large real estate company, I won't mention the name but they have an app for their people where they input everything that needs to be done, carpet, paint, tile, granite, sheetrock, ect, ect. And it calculates everything for them. I believe they enter in the square feet required and it makes the calculations. They use it on Ipads and enter everything while they are going through the house.

I know in order to use that App you have to pay to be a franchisee with their company. I was just wondering if anyone had every seen another app like it where you did not have to be a member a specific company.
