Propstream VS. Flipster
Hey everyone,
I'm looking into getting a software like Propstream or Flipster. There is an older post about this but it seems both companies have updated a few things since then. If you have used one or both of these platforms, please share your experience!
The main things I'm looking for are tools for calculating rehab costs and analyzing deals, along with leads and marketing tools.

Propstream's solid for data and rehab cost estimates. Flipster's newer, slick for deal analysis and project management. Both work for leads and marketing. I would say Test trials.
