Does anyone use REI Reply and how well does their new AI and SMS Spintax?

I am looking for a CRM to use and REI Reply seems like a good option. They have a lot of features and claim they eliminate a lot of different platforms to simplify lead generation, management, and follow-up.

Does anyone currently use REI Reply and can speak to how well the SMS campaigns actually work as well as if their other features work as advertised?
