What areas of your business do you find to be the most manual or needing automation?

Hi All,

I am working on developing some automation solutions (financial, accounting, workflow, etc.) for Real Estate Investors and I wanted to poll folks on what their individual needs are currently. It would be great to hear from a wide variety of folks on what issues they face, processes that slow them down, or any other problems that if they were automated, they would benefit greatly from.
