Callbacks to smrtPhone not displaying any seller information
We recently signed up for smrtphone.
Currently we're calling our market and we get calls back, but the issue we're having is smrtphone isn't giving them any information as to who the lead is or which campaign it's from.
smrtphone has instructed us we have to search through the different campaigns to see who the person is. They have no workaround for this.
None of this is getting pushed through to our CRM( Investorfuse) either.
We're trying to make it so when a seller calls our number back, their information pops up so we know who they are exactly.
Has anyone had a similar issue?
