What are your thoughts on the data lead source vendors mentioned above? Or do you have any recommendations for your preferred vendor for leads? I am seeking motivated sellers in the Mid-West—truly motivated sellers. Pre-Foreclosure, vacant, absentee, etc. You know the categories.
