Hello everyone, my business partner and I are about to buy our first short term rentals at the beach in Maryland.  If we decide not to use a property manager, what are some of the latest technologies you all use to help automate your business?  Thanks for any feedback. 👍🏼

@Rob Tomko - I got started with STR ~6 months ago with a 2-unit property that I rehabbed from a hoarder house in Chapel Hill, NC. I do not use third party property management (doing it myself) - but I'm also a long-time property manager for conventional LTR. I use OwnerRez as my PMS. It has many automations built-in, but also supports various third party integrations. So far, things are going even better than I'd hoped for.
