Baselane or Tenant Cloud?

Hi there! 

I am helping my partner start to get his RE investing business organized. He had 7 or 8 doors and just acquired his first commercial property of 10 units. I made account with baselane and I am trying out the trial period for tenant cloud. I like that baselane is very good at bookeeping and will make tax season a breeze. However, I really like the interface of tenantcloud and it seems to have a couple more features. If you have used either or both of these, what is your recommendation? Do you have to supplement with other apps ? Thanks!
