Hey, BPers!

I know plenty of folks here are leveraging and exploring different AI tools for their real estate business, but I'm curious if anyone else has dove into Claude Code specifically. For those unfamiliar, Claude Code is Anthropic's command-line tool for agentic coding - it's definitely more of a power-user interface compared to the standard AI chats. While the learning curve was steeper than expected (spent a good amount of time figuring out effective prompting patterns and workspace management), the payoff has been substantial.

I've been building some pretty sophisticated property analysis pipelines, integrating semantic search capabilities, and automating some of my more "boring yet required" workflows. The ability to have Claude handle entire development tasks autonomously while maintaining context across multiple files has been a game-changer for building custom real estate tech.

What are you building with Claude Code? Maybe you're:

• Creating custom valuation models or ARV calculators
• Identifying Market Trends that others don't know about
• Automating workflows
• Developing property data aggregation systems
• Working with APIs (Public Data, Rentometer, Zestimate, BatchLeads, etc)
