Property Shark staff unreliable

Hi, I just purchased Property Shark ($170/mo!) and it has some great features, but the staff canceled my training session at the last minute which significantly reduces its value (and increases my cost as I have fewer days to use its advanced features this month, post-training). Have other people also found the Property Shark staff to be unreliable? are their other similar services that are just as good (especially helpful to me is the find-out-who-is-behind-the-LLC feature). Thanks.
