Apartment parking enforcement — what’s your biggest challenge?

Hart Bottorf
Posted

Managing parking at apartments can be tricky, especially for properties with 150+ units.

Some common challenges I’ve seen:

  • Residents accidentally or intentionally parking in the wrong spots
  • Visitor passes being misused
  • Staff spending a lot of time tracking violations
  • Disputes over towing or fines

I’ve been working on a tool called ParkVault to make issuing and tracking violations easier. I’m opening it to a few properties to try it out — no obligation, just feedback — and I’d love to hear what’s actually causing headaches in your day-to-day. (This is not an advertising post, I would like to see how managers like ParkVault. It's completely voluntary!) Only check it out if you want to! I have 9+ years of towing experience working with apartments, and complexes just like yours!

If you’re interested, feel free to send me a DM — happy to show how it works in under 15 minutes. Or if you would like to check it out quietly here's the URL, parkvault.online. NO pressure to join, no emails, I'm not selling or pitching it to you. I'm only looking for feedback, and If you want to join, great!
