Baseline frustrations and concerns
Does anyone have experience with Baseline?
I signed up for BP pro in the expectation of getting an upgraded membership to Baseline but soo far it has been just a waste of time.
When I signed up for Baseline through the BP promotion I was able to set up with a login and password but in order to upgrade to "Smart" I have to log in to my profile and make changes.
However, Baseline will not allow me to access my profile to make these changes and after 2 weeks of going around in circles with their customer service both on the phone ( said they would push it up the chain to tech services from whom I have never heard anything in almost 10 days now ) and via email who also said they would send it to tech services but now is just regurgitating past suggestions.
Their Rep ( Sydney ) was supposed to get on a zoom with me yesterday morning to see if he could help but didnt show because of a power outage...but I have not heard anything from him since then either.
I contacted BP and they essentially said contact Baseline.
I am frustrated and dissapointed in this recommendation by BP and now I am concerned about giving this crowd access to my accounts and $$$$ at all.
Thoughts/input?
