How are you handling MLS listing entry, still doing it manually?

Hey BP,

Been going down a rabbit hole lately looking at real estate back-office workflows and I keep running into the same thing — MLS listing entry (FlexMLS, Paragon, etc.) seems to still be almost entirely manual at most small brokerages and investor operations.

Curious what people here are actually doing:

- Are you doing it yourself, or have you handed it off to a VA?

- Has anyone found a tool or workflow that automates any part of it?

- For those using VAs, how long does a full listing entry take them, and what does it cost you per listing?

Also wondering if the pain goes beyond just the MLS entry itself, lease prep, contract to lease, that kind of stuff. Is that all manual too or has anyone systematized it?

Not selling anything, genuinely trying to understand where the bottlenecks are for people running rental portfolios or small brokerages. Would love to hear how others have solved it (or haven't).
