What real estate tech actually helps during underwriting?
A lot of real estate tools look useful until you're actually trying to make an offer. Comps live in one place, repair assumptions somewhere else, MAO in a spreadsheet, and inspection notes usually become a judgment call.
What tools have actually made your underwriting faster or more reliable?
I’m especially interested in anything that helps with repair estimates, scope of work, risk flags, deal analysis, or lender/partner documentation.
What part of underwriting still feels way too manual?
