What would make you use a real estate tool everyday?

Real estate investors, landlords, agents, and wholesalers:

I’m building a real estate technology platform and I’d rather solve a real problem than build another tool that gets used once and forgotten.

I’m curious:

• What’s the most frustrating part of your current workflow?
• What task takes more time than it should?
• What data do you wish you had in one place?
• What’s something you’re currently doing across multiple websites, spreadsheets, or tools?
• What would make you come back to a real estate platform weekly or even daily?

For me, I’ve noticed many investors bounce between multiple tools just to evaluate a single property and still aren’t fully confident in the result.
