What underwriting platform is everyone using?
Has anyone tried deal sniper.org? I’ve been trying to find an ai underwriter that wasn’t over priced for some time. I was making spreadsheets and using Claude but it’s a lot of manual input. I upload oms and they underwrite them in like 20 seconds. It does value add strategies builds deal rooms. And gives market info on macro and micro levels. It’s pretty cool. And way cheaper than like deal room or any of the other ones out there. Just thought I’d see what people are using. Have a blessed day.
