How do you research deals?
I was wondering how people research a property and do the underwriting.
Most people I know the process looks something like this.
Get address > Google Search >Zillow/Realtor etc... >Check Price, Rent Estimate, Taxes etc... > If next to water check flood map > If new area check out demographics etc...
I think most of the people I know follow some kind of similar setup. Or rely on ChatGPT.
