Freelancer to set up deal sourcing tech stack

I'm looking to get started in finding real estate deals and want to get my tech stack set up. I do not want to a) figure out what to set up and b) how to set it up but assume there's enough proven systems that somebody can help quickly setup / connect everything.

Are there any freelancers that help get your tech stack set up for a fee? Any recommendations would be helpful.

Scope of Work:

1. GoHighLevel (GHL): Custom acquisition pipeline + 30/60/90-day SMS/email nurture drips.
2. Dialer: Integrate BatchDialer (or Readymode) with GHL + handle Twilio A2P 10DLC registration to keep outbound numbers clean.
3. Automations: Webhooks/Zapier connection so VA-tagged leads in the dialer instantly trigger tasks in GHL.
4. VA Portal: Set up restricted user roles so the caller can dial without seeing core business settings.
5. LOI / E-Sign: Configure GHL Documents or PandaDoc webhook templates for fast 2-tier LOI delivery.
