What type of phone system you are using?

Hi,

I want to research a bit and see what is the best Clould VOIP system member are recommended for my business. I am using grasshopper right now, but because is not a complete system I have a problem with it (for example I can not send faxes or receive Text messages).

The best sysetm I found so far is RingCentral.com please let me know if you have any other suggestion.

I start using ring central about 3 moths now at the beginning I had problems with my calls, but after I put in the support request they fix the problem and since I am happy with them.

By the way I was very happy to see how they handle support and problems.

I'm currently using Ring Central and very unhappy with it.  Many times my calls do not go through and I have difficulty making calls despite having strong internet, yet I like all the features they offer.  Of the companies mentioned, do any offer the same functionality as Ring Central and would I be able to transfer my current phone numbers?

Twilio is developer based & not really consumer oriented.  However it has a lot of functionality for you online marketing heavy investors.  Numbers are a few bucks a month & the minute pricing is cheap.  They also have a lot of features, forward to this number, ring 10 seconds, forward to another, hit voicemail etc etc.

I just signed up for Phone.com based on a friends recommendation (it also offers fax).  I've used Twilio & Vonage in the past depending on the need.

@Sohrab Khosravi I have just started with evoice, I really like their feature set as it includes all of the above plus you can send faxes.  Since I am still fairly new with this company, I can't offer any insight into their customer service, reliability etc but it may be worth looking into.

With a free month trial and the basic plan at $12/month, it's hard not to give it a shot.

I have used Grasshopper before and I really like it the only problem I had is not being able to send faxes from them, you can receive fax.

I am using ring central for a month now and its work very good.

Grasshopper.  Having said that, I would probably switch over to Twillio if I had a larger operation and/or was running a property management business.  Between Grasshopper for the main business & toll free line and a business cell phone it's more than enough.

ringcentral is great and works well for a smaller setup.  it does offer text, fax and voice at a reasonable price.  i have used it for years and have no complaints
