oContract.com Listing service
I'm curious if any BP folks have used oContract.com to list or find properties. Their website has a free subscription, but that gives limited access. The Premium access is $20/Month or $29/Month depending on which part of the Pricing page you read. If it's a useful tool then $20/Month might be a good investment. Any thoughts?
